Home theater is a luxury home entertainment. This is because only very few households can afford home theater system. Before, only the rich and famous people can afford such a luxury. But this notion is now a thing of the past. Home theater systems may now be available for a large number of households because of the knowledge of basic home theater design. The basic home theater design may require only three basic components and these three components may be affordable for the working class.

However, before you think about basic home theater design for your home theater system, you may need to know the size of room for home theater set up. The room size will depend on how the home theater design needs to be.

If the room is quite small, all you need for your home theater design is only a television set, three stereo speakers and a DVD player. The home theater design may be depend on the size of the room. If you have a small budget, make sure that the store where you’ll buy speakers allows you to test the products in your room and if it not give you a good surround sound, they should allow you to return or replace the unit. This is because some speakers sounds good in the store but when you finally set up in your room, the effect is not as you wish.

If your budget is sufficient, you may consider hiring a home theater designer. Your home theater designer will be able to design the home theater better and with complete accessories. He/ she may require checking the power rating, and the need for amplifiers. He may also recommend using home theater projectors and how the speakers need to be. You’ll get a good home theater design if you will be able to hire home theater designers. Home theater seating and television cabinet may also be required for the complete of your home theater system.
